DocStore Viewer is a slim yet powerful database-driven application which stores, manages and retrieves core data, for day-to-day use or archiving purposes. With an intuitive and customisable user interface, easy export routes and e-mail functionality, Viewer can be used in conjunction with the SMS bureau facilities or as the user-end of an in-house management system using DocStore Publisher
DocStore Organiser is the innovative upgrade from Viewer, giving the user a more versatile answer to their document management needs. Organiser brings to users the facility to import, scan, index, update and annotate documents, and also features a powerful suite of clean-up tools for scanned image files. Like Viewer, Organiser can easily be utilised alongside Bureau facilities and/or DocStore Publisher.
DocStore Publisher is a comprehensive bureau package, more than capable of handling large volume scan and index workloads. Publisher will track projects easily and efficiently, ensuring quality at every stage of the process. Sophisticated security features, multiple user access and automated indexing (OCR) are among the many features that make DocStore Publisher unrivalled in its ability to cope with the high demands of even the largest scale document management system.
DocStore Additions are available to further enhance the DocStore suite, maximising its capabilities within the context of an organisations specific administrative system. We are always looking to expand and improve upon DocStore features, and are very happy to discuss the development of bespoke additions where required.
Currently, DocStore Additions include;

FastTwain Scanning Module – a new standard for large volume scanning, without the need for additional hardware.
ISIS Scanning Module – support for legacy scanners with no TWAIN interface.
OCR Server – batch process large volumes of documents with automated indexing (using optical character recognition).
COLD (Computer Output to Laser Disc) Server – automated indexing of ASCII print files, supports overlays of original stationary.
Bar Code Scanning - automated barcode recognition indexing.
Speech Function – reads aloud documents using OCR, customisable to index criteria.
